Classical Ballet

Ballet is an art, delicate but powerful, which tells stories without using words and which can be practiced at all ages. Ballet is a discipline and a basis for all other forms of corporal artistic expression.

Its practice contributes to good posture, elegance, beauty, total body control. It develops balance and a strong, flexible and elongated musculature. It requires concentration, persistence and self-improvement, stimulating a clear definition of setting and achieving one’s objectives.

At an advanced level, we learn to smile despite pain, and learn that pain is small when the objectives and achievements are so great. We develop resilience!

In Armonia we work with Vaganova Russian Ballet Method, complemented with subjects from Royal English Method.

Adults can take advantage of the benefits of ballet with or without performing on stage.

Pre-ballet – children between 3 and 5 years old. Please read about it in "Playful Age".

We begin to teach technique for children 6 years old and over.
