Yoga is a methodology which leads to samadhi, that is, hyperconsciousness and self-awareness (definition from the book “Yoga Treatise”, by Master DeRose). The word yoga means unity, and its founder entered into Mythology with the name Shiva, and title of Nataraja (King of the dancers).
Yoga is a way of life which educates the mind and body. Practiced in India for thousands of years, this philosophy provides control, equilibrium and interior peace. Yoga helps manage stress, anxiety and sleeping problems. You learn to channel your energy.
In classes we develop corporal awareness, techniques of respiratory reeducation, organic techniques, concentration and meditation. Organic techniques improve blood circulation, muscle tone and flexibility, and help joints, muscles and other parts of the body to function correctly.
