Kids Yoga

With children, yoga is conducted as a form of play, through games, stories, songs and relaxation. In a happy and warm environment, children learn to respect nature and animals, to play and have fun respecting others, to breath correctly, to concentrate and return to a state of calm and relaxation. These techniques will have a positive effect on the children, in addition to the benefits of physical  exercise, developing a positive attitude with regard to life, transforming them into strong, healthy, and emotionally intelligent young people, with heightened self-confidence.
