ASHTANGA YOGA


Ashtanga yoga is considered one of the most popular forms of yoga in the western world. Originating from Hatha yoga, it centers on a precise series of poses/asanas linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence. The sanskript word 'Ashtanga' means 8 limbs, referring to a complete holistic practice incorporating strength, flexibility and cardiovascular.
In Armonia, Paola is in charge of Ashtanga. Her way of teaching involves personal adjustments which enable the body to increase in strength whilst releasing tension.
Ashtanga led classes are for all levels!! See you on the mat :)
