Therapeutic Yoga consists in the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health or age challenges at any level to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude. Classes are carried on in a very calm space, working on a basic set of ásanas combined with smooth transitions and breathing techniques. The benefits are the same of a regular yoga class: improve mobility, flexibility, strength, balance. Helps with back pain relief, ease arthritis symptoms, benefits heart health, relaxes and helps to sleep better. Any persona may attend this class, even if not in an advanced age or without any bothersome symptoms. It´s a good start for begginers too.
