SWÁSTHYA YOGA

Swásthya: Sanskrit word that means self-sufficiency, health, well-being, comfort and satisfaction.

Swasthya Yoga is a rescue of the yoga from the pre-classical period, systematized by Master DeRose. It is characterized by practices in 8 parts (astánga sádana): mudra, puja, mantra, pranayama, kriya, asana, yoganidra, samyama. This systematization is characterized by a codification of rules of coordinated breathing, permanence, minimum repetition, localization of consciousness, mentalization, compensation and security. In each class new sequences that can be followed easily. There are no levels since the level is particular to each practitioner, the instructor guides with the possible options and the practitioner feels which is the most appropriate option.

Swasthya Yoga comes from America from the hands of Lisa Rothman, a practitioner of Swasthya for more than 30 years, being an instructor for 20 years. This training is complemented by training in Mindfulness, Conscientiology, NLP.
